Softball IQ Kids is a free browser quiz game built around real Little League Softball rules — the ones that differ from baseball and trip up first-season parents. It runs from Tee Ball through Senior division and covers base running, field plays, and game decisions, with points, badges, and a Daily Challenge to keep kids coming back.
The questions come straight from the rulebook quirks: no lead-offs, you can steal once the ball leaves the pitcher's hand, a dropped third strike is live, and the pitching circle has its own timing rules. Field School explains each one before the quiz asks about it, so the game teaches rather than just tests.
The rules above are the ones parents ask about most at the fence. The softball guide walks through the whole season.
